Nicole is relatively new to the field of veterinary medicine although at one point she thought it was her original calling. She attended St. Thomas Aquinas College, where she received her B.A. However, after her graduation from STAC, Nicole attend the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park to become a chef. After working at some of the top restaurants in Manhattan, she settled down in Jersey City for a long successful career. Having enough of the demanding life of as a chef for 21 years she decided to embark on a new career at Rockland Veterinary. She is looks forward in helping the continued success of the practices. Now with more time to enjoy life, Nicole loves spending time with her two dogs, Loukas and Blizzard. She also has a cat Linus. In her free time, she enjoys working out, running, ice climbing and of course cooking.
